Yes. You can upgrade or downgrade at any time through the Customer Portal — log in with your license key to access the billing management page. When upgrading, you'll be charged the prorated difference. When downgrading, the credit is applied to future invoices.

We bill via Stripe. Monthly plans are charged on the same date each month. Annual plans are charged once per year. You'll receive an invoice by email for every payment.

After purchasing, you receive a license key and access to the Customer Portal. Log in with your license key to manage your subscription, update payment details, change your plan, download deployment packages, and access Docker credentials. All billing is handled securely through Stripe.
We accept all major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express) via Stripe. Enterprise customers can also pay by invoice with NET-30 terms.
